Nokia Booklet 3G is fanless laptop how is that laptop actually function?

I am just wondering how is it possible for Nokia Booklet 3g laptop to function with out the fan to cool it down. This capability also made it to have a battery back up of whooping 12 hours. I am really wondering how is it actually functions? Can anybody enlighten me please.
